These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC ("we", "us"), P.O. BOX 624937, Dubai, UAE (License No: 1054701), governing your use of the DRAPIQ mobile application and the website drapiqai.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. What DRAPIQ is

DRAPIQ is a styling assistant. It rates how garments work together and with your colouring and measurements, and it renders how a garment might look on you.

2. What DRAPIQ is not

The suggestions are advisory. They are about clothes — colour, cut, silhouette and fit. DRAPIQ does not give medical, nutritional, psychological or body-image advice, and nothing in the app should be read as a statement about your body or your health.

A rendered try-on is a generated image, not a photograph. It shows an approximation of how a garment could look; the real item may differ in colour, texture and fit. Use it as a guide, not as a guarantee, and check the shop's own size chart and return policy before buying.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. One person, one account. Upload only photos you have the right to use, and only of yourself.

4. Subscriptions

DRAPIQ has a free tier and a paid Premium subscription (weekly with a 3-day introductory free period, monthly, or yearly). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves. Write to us and we will help you make the request.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, do not upload unlawful content, and do not attempt to break, scrape or resell the service.

7. Availability

We aim to keep DRAPIQ running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and generated content may occasionally be wrong or unhelpful.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DRAPIQ is provided "as is" and we are not liable for purchasing decisions made using it.

9. Intellectual property

The Service — its design, branding, texts, graphics and software — belongs to ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The photos you upload remain yours; you grant us only the licence needed to store them and to render your try-ons.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
