Delete your account

You can delete your DRAPIQ account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways.

In the app

1. Open DRAPIQ and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

The deletion happens immediately.

By e-mail

Write to support@drapiqai.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

What is deleted

• Your account and e-mail address
• Your profile: measurements, sizes, colouring answers, styles and goals
• Every photo you uploaded of yourself
• Your wardrobe: item photos, links and attributes
• Your outfits, favourites and every rendered try-on
• Generated recommendations and chat history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may remain

Aggregated, non-identifying counters, and records we are legally required to keep, such as proof of purchase held by the app stores. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
