This policy explains what DRAPIQ collects, why, and how to have it deleted. It applies to the DRAPIQ mobile app and to drapiqai.com.
1. Who we are

operates the DRAPIQ mobile application and the website drapiqai.com
(together, the "Service").

2. What we collect

| Approximate location (only if you allow it) | To adjust the look of the day to today's weather. Coordinates are used for that request and not stored. |
We do not collect your contacts, your browsing history or your precise location, and we do not sell data to anyone.
3. Where your photos go
This is the part worth reading twice. To render a try-on, the photo of you and the photo of the garment are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) and processed there to produce the resulting image. We do not use your photos to train models. Deleting a photo in the app deletes the file from our servers; deleting your account deletes every photo and every rendered try-on.
4. Text generation
The written recommendations are produced by OpenAI models from the facts your profile holds — your colour type, your body shape, your styles and the items in the look. Your e-mail address is never sent to the model.
5. Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, and on the web by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
6. How long we keep data
For as long as your account exists. Deleting the account removes your profile, wardrobe, photos, renders and generated texts. Aggregated, non-identifying counters may remain.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data. Deletion is available in the app (Profile → Delete account) and by writing to support@drapiqai.com; see also the account deletion page.
8. Children
DRAPIQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
